It seems that every day on the news we hear about robberies, kidnappings, assaults and murders. A couple of things are obvious:   1. It can happen to anyone.  2. We cannot predict where or when.  3. Our defense is up to us as individuals because the police cannot be counted on when seconds count.  What others are saying:  This class was amazing, Ron is a great instructor. If you are thinking about getting a pistol and a permit to conceal and carry, Ron is the Man you want to teach you what you can and can’t do. We contacted Ron and let him know the situation and instead of having us re-schedule he was too kind to invite our little newborn to class. Being a grandpa himself he was overjoyed to have her in the class. She did great. His class was great, to the point and informative. But his experience was what put the whole class over the top, from the class to the range his knowledge and experience shined through. I’m prior military and have been in too many classes to remember and with hours of range time under my belt, his confidence and knowledge again surprised me. Calm cool and collected. No pressure training with lots of pointers and techniques to better any shooter. Can I use my own firearm?

Yes. Bring 100 rounds of ammunition. Your firearm is to remain in your vehicle until we get to the practice range. 

What if I don't own a firearm?

We have guns for rent. $25.00 which includes ammunition and cleaning.

You cannot borrow a pistol. It is a 4 year felony to do so.  

Do we issue a license?

No, you take our certificate to your County Clerk's office.

How long does the class last?   Approximately 8 1/2 hours, depending on class size. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time.

What should I wear?  

Loose fitting casual clothing but avoid low cut collars if you can for the range. 

Can we bring snacks to the classroom?  

Yes, but no food or drink onto the firing range.  

What To Bring To Class:  Notebook , Hearing Protection, plugs or muffs , Eye protection (If you wear glasses that is sufficient)  Both are available at Harbor Freight for under 6 dollars total.  At least100 rounds of ammunition if you are using your own firearm. 

No live ammunition is allowed in the classroom.  If you must reschedule, there is a $30.00 rescheduling fee and you must contact us at least 5 days prior to the class.
